For a comparison test
on Ceramic Tile, Natural Stone and other surfaces
just follow these easy steps described below.
What you'll need:
- Sample Size SafeSteps Nonslip Treatment
- Your regular cleaning solution
- Small brush for application
- Clean rinsing water

- Identify a small area for testing that will allow for easy comparison of treated and non-treated areas.
For a realistic test you will want to be able to carefully apply a regularly weighted step and sliding motion across the comparison areas.

- Prepare each test area by pre-cleaning with your regular cleaner.
- Allow the surface to thoroughly dry.
|

- Treatment should be used directly from the bottle without dilution.
- Pour and spread using a clean brush. Apply enough SafeSteps Treatment to thoroughly wet and puddle on the test area.
- Allow SafeSteps to remain on the surface for not less than 5 to 15 minutes. You may continue to lightly agitate the area while it treats the surface. Do not allow Treatment to dry!
- After 5 to 15 minutes (or longer for harder surfaces), and before the treatment dries on the surface, thoroughly rinse with clean, clear water.

- Puddle water onto the Treated and Untreated areas.
- Carefully walk a regularly weighted step and sliding motion across the comparison areas. As you walk onto the treated area, notice how the traction is dramatically increased providing surer footing. You will feel yourself more secure on the treated area.
